Bodywork is not a cure, it is a beginning, and now is always the right time to begin. When we meet our own needs with warmth and patience, we have the right grounding for healthy growth, and to meet the needs of others. This beginning, of healing, warmth, grounding, and balance transmits through each receiver into their movements and compensation patterns, and into their relationships with themselves and others- thus, flowing outward like a river that may nourish the whole world. From a place of inexhaustible kindness, let us act to nourish ourselves, our loved ones, and thus the world through them.
Thomas began his bodywork journey in childhood, putting his mother to sleep with neck work to then run around outside. His retained the passion for massage through a college massage club, and later came to love Thai Bodywork through the partner acrobatics community. After years of study and practice, the way opened for bodywork to become the cornerstone of his life, and today his table practice is informed by his Thai grounding, and his Thai is informed by myofascial release and trigger point.
